Custom Application for B2B Total Wine & More Food Pairing Kiosk and Distributable App. We were approached by the Chief of Customer Experience at Total Wine & More to enhance the wine-buyer experience with a kiosk app that would assist the average wine buyer in picking out the perfect wine for almost any meal. We developed a kiosk app design and partnered Ironpaper for app development. The resulting app has greatly exceeded our clients expectations. We offer a mobile version of the app in the iTunes store for those interested in getting even more from their Total Wine & More experience.
When Total WIne & More’s customer-experience creative division expanded into social media, they contracted us to unify the 20+ Facebook pages, various Twitter accounts and numerous HTML mailings. We applied region-specific design elements that ease the job of consistently maintaining Total Wine & More’s brand standards.
Because of our ability to rapidly adapt to changes and provide quick turnaround times, Total Wine & More contracted us for a two-year period to create art and design elements, allowing them the time and flexibility to build and train the in-house creative team for the 90+ store company.
We worked with Total Wine to develop a method or system which would lead to an exceptional in-store experience for their customers. The result was an iPad app that is easily accessed via in-store kiosks whenever a customer desires. We worked with Total Wine and Wine Spectator to develop the data for the kiosk. We worked with Ironpaper to program the extensive functionality of the app.
